Precast Concrete
Hillhouse Precast specialise in the supply and erection of pre-stressed precast concrete hollow core flooring units and precast concrete stairflight units which are designed and constructed in accordance with the current Standards BS EN 1168 and 14843.
All precast units are manufactured to meet the specific design requirements for each individual contract, with our design staff working closely with the main contractor, architect and consulting engineer. This ensures that all practical architectural and engineering features, service openings and design loading requirements are incorporated into the finished structure.
Our flooring and stairflight units can be used in traditional brick/blockwork structures or supported on steelwork within domestic, commercial or industrial buildings.
If required we can also erect units with our fully trained and experienced site personnel to ensure a safe and speedy construction on-site.
The Hillhouse Precast range of products also includes lattice girder composite floors consisting of a precast concrete permanent shutter plank. This together with in-situ concrete can be used in almost every building type, satisfying progressive collapse considerations where required.
All haulage and cranage is arranged and supervised by the Company ensuring a complete sub-contract package.
