Readymix concrete
The Hillhouse Group operates three ready mixed concrete plants at Troon, Kilmarnock and Dalry.
We provide both delivery and collect facilities from our Troon site and deliveries from the Kilmarnock and Dalry plants. All plants are computer controlled to ensure batching accuracy and compliance with our quality scheme.
All of the plants can produce the full range of ready mixed concretes ranging from semi dry and CBM mixes to high strength structural mixes.
The Company operates a fleet of eight truckmixers, including an 8m3 truck, to fully service customers needs.
Major supply customers include national and local construction companies, the local authorities and utility companies. Hillhouse Concrete has been used on some of the most prestigious projects undertaken in the area, including the A77 trunk road, Bowhouse Prison, Prestwick Airport, Irvine & Kilmarnock retail parks and Ayr town centre sewage scheme.
